We provide cords and water hook-ups up to 35 feet.

Delivery is on Thursday or Friday and pick-up on Monday or Tuesday for weekend events. For all other events, delivery is typically one day before your event and pick-up is one day after the event.

Yes, all units should be on level ground for safety reasons.

Yes, all units come stocked with hand sanitizer.

We charge one fee upfront that includes both delivery and removal.

We bill monthly and not on a 28-day cycle. A 28-day cycle results in an additional cost of 8% per year.

We bill the initial month based on the date a unit(s) is delivered. We bill in advance and do not pro-rate the bill upon pick-up unless the pick-up date was scheduled prior to billing.

Salt has to be added to keep the water from freezing in the winter and it leaves a white residue in the unit.
