We charge one fee upfront that includes both delivery and removal.
We bill monthly and not on a 28-day cycle. A 28-day cycle results in an additional cost of 8% per year.
We bill the initial month based on the date a unit(s) is delivered. We bill in advance and do not pro-rate the bill upon pick-up unless the pick-up date was scheduled prior to billing.
Salt has to be added to keep the water from freezing in the winter and it leaves a white residue in the unit.
